Playaway Audiobooks

Playaway Audiobooks in The Children’s Department

The Children’s Department is excited to announce that we will now be circulating Playaway Audiobooks. Playaways allow patrons to listen to audiobooks without the use of a computer or cd player. All you need is a pair of headphones. We have started circulating a limited number of popular children’s titles and hope to add more over the next few months.

Titles Include:

  • The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman
  • Laugh out loud by James Patterson
  • Captain Underpants and the Invasion of the Incredibly Naughty Cafeteria Ladies from Outer Space by Dav Pilkey
  • Disney Princess Storybook Collection by Disney
  • I Survived the Sinking of the Titanic, 1912 by Lauren Tarshis
  • Hatchet by Gary Paulsen
  • Big Nate Lives it Up by Lincoln Peirce
  • The Humphrey Audio Collection by Betty Birney
  • The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan
  • Auggie & Me by R.J. Palacio
